The Solution

Education reformers, politicians, and social activists all say the problem is too big, too entrenched, too complex to expect results anytime soon. However, people of faith for centuries have never let overwhelming odds deter them from doing good.

Before David became king, he committed himself to the cause of defeating Goliath. The Israelite army was already deployed, but it would not take up the challenge of this cause. Similarly, there is an army of 700,000 Christian teachers who are already deployed in ACE schools just waiting for someone to lead the CAUSE.

Recognizing the need for Christian educators to entrench themselves within ACE communities (infiltration model), an effort is underway to mobilize people of faith to address this educational plight through faith-inspired, Christ-honoring, transformational relationships that are…

  • INTENTIONAL

in that God’s educators purposefully tend to the hearts and minds of children.

  • INTERPERSONAL

in that God’s educators are personally invested in the lives of children.

  • INSPIRATIONAL

in that God’s educators inspire children to reach their potential.

BOTTOM LINE…

If you are a Christian and an educator, you are a Christian educator wherever you teach, whether you’re in a faith-based school or not.

Relationships are the most essential element, particularly with ACE children, in the absence of parental involvement. Instead of static figures, educators become living curriculums modeling the love and values of Christ in classrooms and throughout their schools. They bear the “fruit of the Spirit” among their students, knowing that “against such things there is no law” (Galatians 5:22), not even in public schools.
